Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            16 oz. softened cream cheese
 
8 1/4 oz. crushed pineapple (drained)
2 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
2 tbsp. diced onion
1 tsp. season salt
Preparation
- 
                            Combine all ingredients except 1 c. pecans.
 
Shape into 2 balls.
Roll in remaining pecans.
Chill thoroughly.
