Ingredients
- 
                            2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 stick margarine
2 c. quick cooking oats
1/2 c. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
- 
                            Cook first 3 ingredients over medium heat to full boil (exactly 3 minutes).
Remove.
Stir in oats, cocoa and vanilla. Beat until it begins to thicken.
Drop by teaspoonful on wax paper.
Let cool.
