Raspberry Vinaigrette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. salad oil (safflower, sunflower, canola)
    1/3 c. raspberry vinegar
    1/4 c. honey
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. fresh minced garlic
    dash of pepper
    2 to 3 drops almond extract
Preparation
    Place all ingredients into a large jar.
    Shake well.
    Chill and serve over salads.
