Lemon Tea Cookies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. white sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. flour, sifted
peel of 1 lemon, shredded
Preparation

Pour vinegar into milk.
Cream the butter and sugar.
Beat egg and lemon peel.
Alternate milk-vinegar and sifted flour, baking powder, soda and salt.
Drop on cookie sheet by 1 teaspoon of dough.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for 12 to 14 minutes.
