Bleu Cheese Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. salad oil
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1 egg
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    4 oz. Bleu cheese, crumbled
Preparation
    Combine oil, mustard, salt and sugar in the container of a blender.
    Blend on high for a few seconds.
    Add onion, vinegar, egg, garlic, Parmesan, oregano and celery salt and blend again. Stir in Bleu cheese.
    Pour into a jar with a cover and refrigerate.
    Keeps about 2 weeks.
