Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. crisp rice cereal
1 c. oatmeal
12 oz. chocolate chips
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add egg, vanilla and oil.
Mix dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture.
Stir in crispy rice, oatmeal and chocolate chips.
Roll into balls and flatten or just drop onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes at 325\u00b0.
