Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. flour
1 c. yellow corn meal
1/2 tsp. soda
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. cream-style corn
1 large onion, chopped
2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
1/2 large green pepper, chopped
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Combine eggs and oil in a medium mixing bowl; beat well.
Sift together dry ingredients; add to oil mixture, along with buttermilk.
Stir well.
Add remaining ingredients, stirring well. Pour batter into a well-greased baking pan.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until the center is firm.
Cut into squares.
