Mexican Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
    8 oz. Monterey Jack with jalapenos cheese
    16 oz. Mexican Velveeta cheese
    2 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
    3 cans Ro-Tel diced tomatoes
Preparation
    In large pan, pour tomatoes.
    Slice chunks of cheese and add to tomatoes.
    Melt the cheese.
    Add ground beef.
    Heat well. Serve with tortilla chips.
