Good Seasons Fried Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large red potatoes
    2 large white potatoes
    1 large white onion
    1 cruet Good Seasons Zesty Italian dressing
Preparation
    Wash potatoes well, leaving skins on the potatoes.
    Slice potatoes thin.
    Slice onions thin.
    Place in
    a large skillet and cover with half of Italian dressing liquid.
    Cook on medium heat and keep pan covered.
    Turn frequently until crispy brown.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
