Fisherman'S Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 to 6 medium potatoes
1/2 c. margarine, melted
1 tsp. garlic salt or powder
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Wash potatoes and cut into 1/4-inch slices.
Place potatoes in rows (overlapping a little) in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Drizzle margarine over potatoes.
Sprinkle with garlic salt.
Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Remove foil; sprinkle with cheese and bake another 10 minutes.
