Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hamburger
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can enchilada sauce
1 large can evaporated milk
1 pkg. flour tortillas
10 oz. pkg. Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Brown the hamburger and drain. Add soups, sauce and evaporated milk.
Heat until thickened.
Line a 9 x 12-inch baking dish with tortillas.
Pour half the meat mixture on.
Add another layer of tortilla shells.
Pour remaining meat mixture over shells. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes. Top with cheese and bake 5 to 10 minutes longer.
