Bakery Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 c. powdered sugar
2 c. shortening
3/4 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond extract
food coloring (if desired)

Preparation

Mix all ingredients for 5 minutes until light and fluffy. Makes enough to frost one 2-layer cake.
