Sweet-Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 whole chicken breasts, halved and skinned
    1 (10 oz.) apricot preserves
    1 (8 oz.) Russian dressing
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    fresh lemon
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Place chicken in shallow dish.
    Squeeze fresh lemon juice on chicken.
    Mix remaining ingredients.
    Pour over chicken.
    Bake, uncovered, 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Turn chicken once; marinate with juices several times.
    Serve with rice.
    Do not overbake, chicken will be dry.
