Chocolate Fondue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. Karo light corn syrup
1/2 c. heavy cream
8 (1 oz.) sq. semi-sweet chocolate
assorted fresh fruit (kiwi, strawberries, peach slices, mandarin oranges, apples, bananas, pineapple, etc.)
Preparation

In a medium saucepan, combine corn syrup and cream. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
Remove from heat. Add chocolate. Stir until completely melted. Serve warm as a dip for fruit.
Makes 1 1/2 cups fondue.
