Beef Burgundy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic
    3 tsp. oil
    4 lb. chuck, cubed
    1/2 c. Burgundy
    1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
    2 tsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic.
    Brown meat and place in a casserole with all other ingredients.
    Bake for 1 hour in a 325\u00b0 oven.
    Lower the temperature to 300\u00b0 and bake for 2 hours.
    Garnish with: green pepper, green onion, chopped tomato and sour cream.
