Jackie'S Favorite Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. beef brisket (can use larger cut if desired)
    1 pkg. Lipton Recipe Secrets onion soup mix
    1 can whole cranberries
Preparation
    Place brisket in a casserole dish.
    Sprinkle dry onion soup mix evenly over the meat.
    Spoon can of cranberries evenly over the soup mix and beef.
    Bake, covered, at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours (or at least 20 minutes per pound).
    Makes a tasty and tender beef brisket and lots of gravy to serve over noodles or Kasha.
    Also, this dish smells fabulous while it's cooking!
