Harvest Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1-1/2 lb. zucchini cut into 1 inch cubes (about 6 cups)
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 c. instant rice
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. crushed oregano
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. cottage cheese
Preparation
    Cook zucchini in boiling salt water until barely tender. Drain well.
