Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. oil
3/4 c. chopped onion
6 c. water
6 chicken bouillon cubes
garlic salt and pepper to taste
6 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
8 oz. thin noodles
20 oz. chopped frozen broccoli
1 lb. Velveeta
Preparation
-
Saute onion in oil.
Add water, bouillon cubes and salts and pepper.
Bring to a boil and dissolve cubes.
Add noodles and boil 3 minutes.
Add broccoli and boil 4 minutes.
Add milk and Velveeta.
Melt cheese and serve.
