Apple Crumb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large tart apples
    1 pie pastry
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. margarine or butter
Preparation
    Pare apples; cut in thin slices.
    Arrange in pie plate.
    Mix 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over apples.
    Sift 1/2 cup sugar with flour; cut in butter until crumbly; sprinkle over apples.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 about an hour.
