Grilled Venison Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. venison (Backstrap is best)
    1 lb. bacon
    1 tsp. red pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. Italian dressing
Preparation
    Slice venison in steaks and season.
    Wrap a bacon strip around each steak; hold with toothpicks.
    Place in bowl and pour Italian dressing over meat.
    Marinate for 24 hours.
