Nachos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

cooked pinto beans, mashed
shortening
toasted corn tortillas
jalapeno peppers
American cheese
Preparation
-
Fry beans in small amount of shortening; toast or fry tortillas.
Spread beans on tortillas.
Place on baking pan.
Add peppers and top with cheese.
Bake in 425\u00b0 to 450\u00b0 oven for about 3 minutes.
Serve hot!
