Russell'S Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. skinned chicken pieces
    1 c. converted rice
    1 c. canned tomatoes with juice, chopped
    1 1/2 cans chicken broth
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    seasoning for chicken (sprinkle lightly): poultry seasoning garlic powder paprika
Preparation
    Place seasoned chicken in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake 30 minutes in 450\u00b0 oven.
    Remove chicken from pan.
    Add everything else to pan except broth.
    Bring broth to boil before adding to pan.
    Stir together.
    Place chicken over rice in pan.
    Cover tightly with foil.
    Bake 1 hour or until rice is cooked and chicken is tender.
