Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 egg, beaten
    2 c. rhubarb, cut into small pieces
    1 (9-inch) pie shell, unbaked
Preparation
    Sift together sugar and flour.
    Combine with beaten egg.
    Stir rhubarb into mixture.
    Pour into unbaked pie crust.
    Cover with another crust or lattice crust.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for about 35 minutes.
