Walnut-Crab Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat, minced and well drained
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/4 c. walnuts, chopped
    salt or garlic nuts to taste
    2 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
Preparation
    Combine crabmeat and cheese.
    Blend in onion, lemon juice and salt.
    Add 1/2 cup walnuts, mixing well.
    Turn mixture out on foil.
    Shape into 4 logs.
    Roll into remaining nuts until surface is well coated.
    Chill until firm.
    This freezes very well.
    Recipe makes enough for 2 boxes crackers.
