Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. beef stew meat, cubed
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. warm water
2 bouillon cubes
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 small can mushrooms
1 small carton sour cream
Preparation

Put flour, salt and pepper in a plastic bowl with a lid.
Add meat and shake.
Brown meat in margarine.
Dissolve bouillon in water.
Pour over meat and add Worcestershire sauce and mushrooms. Simmer for 2 hours.
Add sour cream.
Serve over egg noodles.
