Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 1/2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. wet mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. celery seed
    1/4 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
    1 lb. lump crabmeat
    corn flake crumbs
    1 c. minced sauteed leeks
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients and add the crabmeat which has been picked over. Gently mix in the crabmeat.
    Form into 6 to 8 crab cakes and cover with corn flake crumbs.
    Fry in a buttered pan until golden.
