Lemon Sponge Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 large eggs, separated
    pinch of salt
    juice and grated rind of 2 lemons
    1/4 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    partially baked pie crust
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Cream sugar and butter until fluffy. Beat egg yolks briskly and add to creamed mixture.
    Add flour, salt and milk.
    Whisk in lemon juice and rind.
