Fillings For Strudel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cottage cheese
    2 egg yolks
    2 c. buttered crumbs
    sugar to taste
    2 qt. cherries (canned or fresh)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. yellow raisins
Preparation
    Mix egg yolks, cottage cheese, salt and raisins.
    When mixed drop by tablespoonful unto pulled dough, rather close, drop cherries over cheese mixture.
    Sprinkle with sugar and buttered bread crumbs.
    Roll and bake as directed on Strudel dough page.
