    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/4 c. Karo syrup
    1 tsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. cornstarch, dissolved in 2 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. finely chopped garlic
    1 large green pepper
    1 medium carrot, diagonally sliced
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
Preparation
In 10-inch skillet, pour in 1 tablespoon oil.
