Basic Honey Gingerbread Cookie Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 1/2 c. flour
    5 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. ground ginger
    1 Tbsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. honey
    3 eggs
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine flour, cinnamon, ginger, soda and salt. Beat butter in bowl with mixer until creamy.
    Add sugar and honey and beat until smooth.
    Add eggs; mix well.
    With wooden spoon, beat in flour mixture, one cup at a time, until well blended. Cover and refrigerate several hours.
