Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. shortening
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. vinegar
    5 to 6 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Cut shortening in flour and salt.
    Mix together egg, vinegar and water.
    Sprinkle over flour mixture.
    Makes 2 small double crust pies or 1 big pie.
