Basil, Tomato Pasta Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. penne pasta
1 bunch fresh basil, chopped
1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
ground pepper
6 to 8 cloves chopped garlic
8 to 10 plum tomatoes, diced
1/8 to 1/4 c. wine vinegar
juice of 2 lemons
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except penne.
Let marinate together at room temperature at least 1 hour.
Before serving, add cooked penne; let cool and serve at room temperature.
Add Romano or Parmesan to taste.
