Whole Wheat Pancakes(No Fat Recipe.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. whole wheat flour
    2 c. white flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. baking powder
    2 c. nonfat dry milk
    3/4 c. applesauce
    3 c. water
    3 egg whites, beaten until stiff
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients.
    Stir in water and applesauce using a wire whisk.
    Gently stir in beaten egg whites using wire whisk. (Add sliced strawberries, chopped apple or blueberries, if desired.)
    Cook on hot griddle or waffle iron.
