Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

diced zucchini
diced yellow squash
diced green squash
1 medium or large onion, diced
1 Tbsp. diced garlic
1 diced green pepper
1 can tomato sauce
ready flavored bread crumbs
1 1/2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
butter
Preparation

Brown onions, garlic and green pepper in butter and then add all the squash in the pan for about 10 minutes.
Add tomato sauce and stir in grated cheese.
Put into a casserole dish and sprinkle the
top
with a thin layer of bread crumbs.
Put into oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
