Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. plain flour
2 c. lukewarm water
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. shortening
2 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 1/4 c. water
Preparation

Mix egg and sugar together and beat.
Sift flour and salt together.
Make a hole in flour and add shortening.
Add sugar and egg.
Add 2 cups water.
Mix well.
Add yeast mixture.
Put in refrigerator; cover with wet towel.
Use as needed (will keep three days).
Roll out and let rise to double in size.
Bake at 400\u00b0.
