Kafta (Oval-Shaped Meat Balls) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground meat, beef or lamb (fat-free)
1 onion
salt and pepper
bunch of mint
bunch of parsley
Preparation

Put all of the above in a blender and grind until ingredients are completely mashed (all together).
Put the mixture in a bowl and start taking bunches and roll into oval shaped meat balls (hands should be wet when rolling into balls).
You can either fry in boiling oil or you can bake them in the oven.
