Vishey Squa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    4 Tbsp. butter
    4 leeks, sliced
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    2 potatoes, sliced
    4 c. chicken broth
    1 c. cream
    1 Tbsp. chopped chives
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Melt butter in large pot.
    Saute onions, leeks and celery. Stir until limp.
    Stir in potatoes and stock; cook until potatoes are tender.
    Puree in blender and chives; stir in cream. Refrigerate.
