Million Dollar Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large (12 oz.) pkg. milk or semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 pt. marshmallow cream
    1 large Hershey candy bar, crumbled
    2 c. nuts, chopped
    1 can Carnation milk
    4 1/2 c. sugar
    2 sticks butter
Preparation
    Place the first 4 ingredients in large mixing bowl.
    Heat in larger pan.
    Cream the milk, sugar and butter; bring to soft boil. Boil for 12 minutes (boil easy).
    Mix in rest; heat until melted completely.
    Turn into greased container.
    Cool; cut into pieces. Makes 5 pounds.
