Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 good size pork chops (boneless)
1 pkg. sauerkraut (meat department)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Provolone cheese, sliced
Preparation

Brown pork chops on both sides; salt and pepper to taste. Drain sauerkraut and rinse slightly, if desired.
Lay pork chops in baking pan.
Add sauerkraut on top of pork chops.
Top with cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes, until nice and browned on top.
While baking cover with foil the first 40 minutes.
