Broccoli Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. milk
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 large tomato, sliced
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cook broccoli as directed and drain. Arrange in 8-inch square pan. In saucepan, melt butter and blend in flour and salt.
Stir in milk.
Heat until mixture boils and thickens, stirring occasionally.
Blend in cheese.
Pour over broccoli.
Bake uncovered 20 to 30 minutes or until bubbly. Garnish with tomato slices and bake 5 minutes.
