Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1 German chocolate cake mix
1 stick margarine
1 lb. confectioners sugar
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix together coconut and pecans.
Spread in bottom of pan. Prepare cake mix as directed on the package.
Pour over nuts and coconut mixture.
Mix cream cheese, margarine and sugar together until well blended.
Place mixture on top of cake by teaspoonfuls. Bake for 45 minutes.
Cake will be shaky, but it will set up as it cools.
