Cowboy Caviar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (15 oz.) black beans, rinsed and drained well
    1 can (4 oz.) chopped ripe olives, drained
    1 small onion, finely chopped (about 1/4 cup)
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. lime juice
    1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. oil (olive or vegetable is fine)
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground cumin
    1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 green onion, sliced with the top
Preparation
    Mix all but the last 2 ingredients. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Spread cream cheese on a serving plate. Spoon bean mixture evenly over cream cheese. Sprinkle with green onion. Serve with white corn tortilla chips.
