Green Beans Basilico - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. salt (if desired)
    3 c. green beans, trimmed and cut in pieces
Preparation
    In a large skillet saute garlic, onion and green pepper in margarine
    until
    soft.
    Stir
    in
    basil, oregano and salt. Toss green
    beans
    with
    the vegetables until beans are bright green. Cover
    skillet
    and
    let vegetables cook for 1 minute. (If beans are
    crisp, but tender, they are ready for serving. Otherwise, cook longer.) Serves 6.
