Irish Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. seedless raisins
    1/2 c. currants
    1 c. milk
    1/3 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    1 to 3 Tbsp. caraway seed
Preparation
    Soak raisins for a few minutes to plump them, then dredge them with 1/4 cup of the flour in the recipe.
    Mix all ingredients together with a little bit of love; bake in a greased Bundt pan at 350\u00b0 about 45 minutes or until well done in the center.
    Any good cook will know when that is.
