Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. oatmeal (quick)
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 c. Wesson oil
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar (light)
1 1/2 c. flour
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix oatmeal and boiling water.
Pour over oatmeal.
Let stand while mixing Wesson oil, white sugar, brown sugar, flour, eggs and vanilla.
Then add all together; mix well.
Pour in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 300\u00b0.
