Scalloped Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    about 4 or 5 apples
    4 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    2 tsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    squirt of lemon juice
Preparation
    Slice apples and arrange in shallow dish.
    Melt butter and add flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and lemon juice.
    Stir together and drizzle over apples.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Good served as a side dish with pork or chicken.
