Fried Apple Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. self-rising flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1 c. Carnation cream
Preparation
    Mix flour and Crisco, then sugar.
    Beat eggs; add to cream and mix well.
    Mix egg mixture with flour mixture.
    Chill overnight or at least 3 hours.
    Prepare filling.
    Pinch off enough dough to roll out (a little larger than saucer), put filling on 1/2 of crust. Wet edge and fold over other half and press edge together with fork.
    Slit top to release air, fry in hot Crisco or oil.
    Drain on paper towel.
