Minestrone Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 oz. oil
1 bunch diced carrots
1 bunch diced celery
5 onions, diced
3 zucchini, split and quartered
1/2 (No. 10) can garbanzo beans
1/2 (No. 10) can kidney beans
1 (No. 10) can crushed tomatoes
1/3 pkg. chix base
1 pkg. steamed broccoli
2 oz. oregano
2 oz. basil
4 bay leaves
2 oz. parsley
1 oz. salt
3 oz. pepper
3 oz. garlic
3 1/2 gal. water
1 pkg. spinach
2 1/2 c. ditalini
Preparation

Add 1 package spinach and 2 1/2 cups ditalini after soup boils.
Makes 4 to 5 gallons.
