Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 tart apples
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 stick margarine
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Peel, core and thinly slice apples.
    Place in baking dish. Pour water over apples.
    Mix sugar, flour, margarine and cinnamon until very fine.
    A food processor works well for this.
    Sprinkle over apples.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Serve warm.
    Very good with ice cream.
