Garlicky Stuffed Quahogs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 fresh quahogs or 1 lb. chopped clams
    1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley
    5 cloves garlic
    1/4 lb. saltines
    2 slices bread
    1/2 c. butter
    1 onion, finely diced
    1/2 c. dry white wine or vermouth
    juice of 2 lemons
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Open quahogs (easily done by putting them in the freezer for a short time).
    Roughly chop.
    In food processor, mince parsley and garlic.
    Add crackers and bread and pulse until coarse crumbs are formed.
